Displaced Family

Following the start of the 2024 conflict in Southern Lebanon, over one million people had fled their homes in the first few days. Months following the conflict, with a fragile ceasefire in place, hundreds of thousands of people continue to endure the consequences of internal displacement, hoping for safety and the ability to return to their homes.

One family in Lebanon fled their home, unable to return months after the ceasefire deal had been put into effect.

All our homes have been destroyed.

Hope and determination

War in Lebanon has affected countless communities in need of reconstruction, creating uncertainty as to the safety of the areas thousands of people once called home. However, despite the devastation, there remains a strong sense of hope and determination among those affected to rebuild their lives. However, achieving this goal first requires addressing the humanitarian needs of those in the region.

A family told us that accessing the bare necessities is, at times, a challenge:

We wait hours for aid just to get a portion that helps cover our basic needs.

Your support  can help us  deliver meaningful assistance, which can support families once incapacitated by war, retake and reassemble their lives.
